Timothy McDonough

Timothy McDonough has a diverse work experience in various creative and design roles. Timothy is currently working at Something Special Studios as an Experiential Design Lead and had previously worked as a Spatial Designer for the same company. Timothy also worked as a Freelance Designer for Getaway. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. In addition, they worked as a Design Lead at WeWork and a Fabricator at THING THING. Timothy also gained research, design, and fabrication experience at Meredith Miller + Thom Moran. Before that, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, University of Michigan. Timothy also served as a Designer + Fabricator at T + E + A + M and a Research Assistant at Morcillo Pallares + Rule arquitectos. Timothy McDonough earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014. Timothy then pursued a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan, which they completed in 2018.
