David Wong

David Wong has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. David is currently the Head of Finance - Oceania at Somfy Group since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nestlé from 2009 to 2021, holding various roles including Head of Finance and Market Controller for the Asia, Oceania & Africa region. David also served as a Financial Controller for the Zone AOA Supply Chain and Operations Controller for Nestlé Purina Petcare. Before joining Nestlé, they worked as a Management Accountant at Frucor Beverages / Danone and as a Market Analyst at APA Group.

David Wong completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Economics and Finance at UNSW from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a CPA Australia certification through the CPA Australia Program. David also holds a certification from the eBusiness Academy at Nestlé, obtained in 2021.
