Bianca Ramos

Bianca Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bianca'smost recent role is as an Information Technology Process Analyst at SOMOS Community Care, where they maintain a master database of provider demographic data and builds relationships with physician practices. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Improveg, where they documented, analyzed, and optimized processes for clients in various industries. Bianca also served as a Latin Community Admission Representative at Interactive College of Technology, where they oversaw recruitment planning and managed prospective student records. Additionally, Bianca has experience as an Engineering Process Analyst at Sol Construction, a Process Analyst at ARA Trading Co, and as the Head of the Department of Process and Continuous Improvement at Grupo Cargamax. Bianca has also worked as an Assistant in the Geology Lab and Electric Power Lab at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, where they documented processes and managed client requirements.
