Tom Foster

Tom Foster has a vast work experience in the field of IT audit and internal audit. Tom currently works as the Global IT Audit Director at Sompo International, where they are responsible for overseeing IT audits across multiple countries and regions. Prior to this, they served as the EMEA IT Audit Director at MUFG and held various roles within the EMEA Internal Audit & Credit Examination Team. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Bank of America as an Audit Supervisor and at Royal Bank of Scotland as an Audit Manager. Tom started their career at Ernst & Young, where they gained experience in technology and security risk services. Tom also had internships at FSA and HM Treasury.

Tom Foster attended Guiseley School from 1998 to 2000, where they completed their A-Levels in Economics & Business, Geography, and Design & Technology with grades of A. Tom then went on to study at the University of Bath from 2000 to 2004, earning a 2.1 Bsc (hons) degree in Economics & Politics with placement.
