Martin Nolf

Martin Nolf currently serves as the Head of Group Transformation and CEO Office Manager at Sonaca since August 2022. Previously, Martin held various roles at McKinsey & Company from October 2019 to August 2022, including Associate and Junior Associate, along with a Business Analyst Intern position in July 2018. Martin also served as President and Operations Manager for the Solvay Mentoring Program from May 2017 to May 2019, focusing on creating matched relationships between students and alumni mentors. Martin's early experience includes a Junior Commando role at Belgian Defence in August 2013. Educationally, Martin holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, along with experience as an exchange student at Monash University and Tilburg University.
