Cristina Rodrigues

Cristina Rodrigues is an experienced corporate learning and human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Corporate Learning Manager at Sonae since October 2013, Cristina has previously held the position of Human Resources Training Manager at Sonaecom, where a pioneering Corporate University Learning Centre was launched and key collaborations with recognized business schools were established. Earlier roles include Training Manager for Youth and New Graduates at SPI - Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação, where Cristina facilitated training for new graduates, and Training Manager at Ibersol Restauração SA, overseeing annual training programs. Cristina holds a Post-Graduate degree in General Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Marketing from IPAM.
