Omer Shahab, M.D. is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist at VHC Health since 2022. Omer Shahab, M.D. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology from the University of Virginia between 2007 and 2011. In 2012, they started attending Florida International University where they completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in 2016. Dr. Shahab has obtained various certifications including UX Design: 1 from LinkedIn in May 2021, American Board of Internal Medicine in September 2019, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), although the months and years of obtaining the latter two certifications are not specified.
