Sharmila Sherikar

Sharmila Sherikar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in corporate development and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Sonata Software, Sharmila has previously held senior leadership roles at Virtusa as Senior Vice President for HR and Head of Human Resources for the Americas, as well as Head of Human Resources at Silverline. Additionally, Sharmila has served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at both Citicorp Overseas Software and Citigroup Overseas Software Limited. Sharmila holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, attained between 1987 and 1989.
