Sanjay Pothen

Sanjay Pothen is the Chief Financial Officer of Sonde Health. He is an experienced entrepreneur and operator having founded, scaled, and led companies from startup to exit.

Sanjay joins the company as a partner of TechCXO - a consulting firm that provides experienced, C-Suite professionals who deliver strategic and functional consulting services to technology companies.

Prior to TechCXO, Sanjay was the CEO of Digilant in the U.S., CEO of Phonevalley (Pubicis Groupe) in the U.S., and founding CEO of Pliq. Earlier, he spent a decade in management consulting advising Fortune 100 companies on strategic, operational, and technology issues. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.

Sanjay received his B.S. at the University of California at Berkeley and his M.B.A. at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
