Christopher Sarvis is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sonder Inc. since July 2017, Christopher oversees the operations of over 300 vacation rental and hotel units, managing a team of 20 to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Previous roles include Junior Operations Manager, Lead Bartender at Elixir Lounge, and Lead Baker at Baker & Nosh, showcasing skills in team management, cross-departmental communication, and high-pressure environments. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and two Associate degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
