Guillaume Dancer

Guillaume Dancer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and transformation within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President Operations EMEA at Sonder Inc., Guillaume leads operational management and strategic direction across seven key EMEA countries. Prior to this role, Guillaume spent over a decade at Accor in various senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Northern Europe and Europe, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, talent, culture, and implementing transformative operating models. Guillaume's experience also includes strategic roles at Accenture, focusing on innovation and post-merger integration, alongside internships in trade finance and marketing. An alumnus of emlyon business school and École de Guerre, Guillaume holds a Master of Science in Management and completed a Leadership Program.
