Lance Irick

Lance Irick is a seasoned professional in revenue management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Pricing Strategy Manager at Sonder Inc. since December 2021, Lance has also held roles as Senior Revenue Manager and Revenue Manager. Prior to this, roles included Corporate Revenue Manager and Corporate Revenue Analyst at Playa Hotels & Resorts from August 2019 to December 2021, as well as positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, such as Area Revenue Analyst. Early career positions included roles at Penn State Hospitality Services and CAM Hospitality Advisors, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and operational support. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University, awarded in 2016, and a high school diploma from Bethel Park High School.
