Scott Baker

Scott Baker has over a decade of diverse experience in operations, strategy, and business development within the hospitality and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations Growth & Strategy at Sonder Inc., Scott manages portfolio optimization, profitability analysis, and multi-unit operations. Prior roles include Area General Manager, overseeing significant P&L responsibilities and customer experience initiatives, and Director of Project Development & Execution at Ryman Hospitality Properties, where Scott ensured successful delivery of hospitality projects. Additionally, Scott has a background in mergers and acquisitions as an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting and held positions in business development and project engineering. Scott holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, with a focus on finance, strategy, and real estate, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
