Christi Powers

Christi Powers is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in therapy and program management. Since April 2011, Christi has held various roles at OhioGuidestone, including Assistant Program Director, Supervisor of Foster Care, and Early Childhood Therapist. In August 2023, Christi began providing Telehealth services as a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind. Previous experience includes working as a Home-Based Therapist at the Family Resource Center from August 2008 to March 2011 and serving as a Behavioral Specialist with AmeriCorps from September 2005 to September 2007, where responsibilities included engaging children in coping skill activities and assisting with daily life functions. Christi holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University, obtained in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, earned in 2005.
