Kelly King Ph.D., Lac, Lpc (CO)

Kelly King, PhD, LAC (CO), LPC serves as the Program Chair and Full-Time Faculty in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix, in addition to being a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind. With experience as a Contributing Faculty Member at Walden University and previously as the Director of Clinical Services at Sobriety House, Inc., Kelly has overseen treatment programs and counseling staff, conducted individual and group therapy, and facilitated intake and assessments. Other roles include Clinical Assessment Specialist at 1st Alliance Treatment, coaching positions at Green Mountain High School, and various mental health and addiction roles in different organizations. Kelly holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University, a Master's in Clinical Addictions Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University.
