Meira Shuman

Meira Shuman is a Senior Product Designer currently contracted with SonderMind, following a previous role as a Senior Product Designer at the same company, where efforts focused on redesigning mental healthcare accessibility. Additionally, Meira serves as a Senior Group Crit Facilitator at Designlab, mentoring students in the UX Academy. Prior experience includes leading UX design projects at Viget and overseeing client engagement at Dish T'Pass Catering Co & Cooking School. With a background in mental health, Meira has held roles as a School-Based Mental Health Counselor and Outpatient Therapist. Meira holds a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
