Christopher Horn is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operational excellence across various esteemed hotel brands. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Sonesta Hotels since August 2021, Christopher previously held key roles including Vice President of Operations at SIXTY Hotels and Associate Director of Corporate Operations at Denihan Hospitality Group. Christopher's career began at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where significant achievements included receiving the Leader of the Quarter awards and leading successful initiatives to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction. Christopher also contributed to community enrichment through the Executive Director position at the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
