Breanna Mottau is the Founding Clinical Lead at Songbird Therapy. Breanna has previously worked as a Senior Clinician at Trumpet Behavioral Health from November 2014 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring clinical quality of over 100 clients’ programs met company standards and internal deadlines. Breanna also supervised BCBAs for professional and personal growth, ensured team members met expectations across metrics, and engineered supports and remediation plans for team members with performance deficits identified in ongoing monitoring with objective measurements. Additionally, they maintained a billable caseload between 12-15 (60-80 hours a month) clients in addition to their supervisory duties.
Prior to their work at Trumpet Behavioral Health, Breanna Mottau has also designed, implemented and trained team members, parents and other professionals on ABA principles and application. Breanna is dedicated to their work in the field of behavior analysis and is committed to providing the best possible care for their clients.
Breanna Mottau has a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Breanna is also certified from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Their manager is Ben Hsu, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Brianna Burkhard - Behavior Analyst, Alexandria Miller - Behavior Analyst, and Andra Cojocaru - Behavior Analyst.
