Julie Davidson

Julie Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Julie started their career in 1998 as a Field Consultant/Operations Consultant at International Dairy Queen, where they worked until 2002. Julie then joined Cold Stone Creamery as the Regional Director of Operations/Product Development Operations Manager until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources.

In 2006, Julie joined Oberweis Dairy as a Program Manager for Store Sales, a role they held until 2008. Julie then moved to Kahala Brands, where they worked for 10 years, holding various roles such as Distribution Manager, Ops Services Project Manager, Sr. Manager of Training & Development, and ultimately becoming the Director of Training & Development.

In 2018, Julie joined SONIC Drive-In as the Senior Manager of Learning Innovation Design & Delivery. Julie then progressed to become the Director of Training & Learning Management in March 2022.

Julie Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Digital Body Language from LinkedIn in 2020.
