Dennis Wilson

Dennis Wilson is an experienced HR executive currently serving as SVP and Head of Human Resources at Sonic Healthcare USA since July 2021. In this role, Dennis provides strategic leadership in talent attraction, technology integration, employee wellness, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee engagement and development. Previously, Dennis held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition, where a Center of Excellence for talent attraction was established and a comprehensive advertising campaign resulted in significant increases in applicant flow and hiring rates. Dennis's extensive experience includes tenures at the American Heart Association, affintus - Job Chemistry, Texas State Auditor's Office, VIA Metropolitan Transit, and Occupational Measurement USAF. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
