Mohan Krishnaraj

Mohan Krishnaraj has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles. Mohan is currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at SonicWall since September 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Inventec from April to August 2015 and as a Software Consultant at Cisco from May to October 2014.

From 2010 to 2014, Mohan worked at IBM as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, where they successfully delivered FCoE features on multiple software releases. Mohan provided technical leadership and oversaw design, code, and test plan reviews to ensure high-quality code.

Before joining IBM, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Blade Network Technologies from April 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, they spent over 8 years at Nortel, where they played a key role in rolling out the Universal Software Development and Release Processes in the BayStack group and coordinated with project leads and managers to ensure compliance. Mohan also oversaw the deployment of development tools.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Software Engineer at Hitachi Computer Products from April 1998 to May 2000, a Software Consultant at Summa Four under HCL Technologies from June 1996 to September 1997, and a Software Engineer at Future Software from June 1994 to June 1996. Overall, Mohan has a track record of delivering successful projects and providing technical leadership throughout their career.

Mohan Krishnaraj holds a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mohan also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. In addition to their formal education, Mohan has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include a Blockchain Specialization from Coursera obtained in January 2022, a Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security certificate from Coursera obtained in July 2020, an Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks certificate from Coursera obtained in July 2020, a Network Security & Database Vulnerabilities certificate from Coursera obtained in July 2020, and a Certificate in Project and Program Management from UCSC Extension Silicon Valley obtained in October 2013.
