Yew-Joo Hoe

Yew-Joo Hoe is SonicWall’s Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations. She manages supply chain and workflows between engineering, production and shipping. She has been with SonicWall for more than 21 years, starting as Manufacturing Program Manager in 2001. She is passionate about her work and her long career at SonicWall. Yew-Joo says, “This work keeps me learning new things. The experience is always positive as we work to improve products and processes. Work at SonicWall is never boring.” Yew-Joo, an immigrant from Malaysia, earned her bachelors from California State University, East Bay (formerly Cal State Hayward). She stayed with SonicWall because the company culture encourages people to work for continuous improvement. Her happiest and best achievements are implementing stable, sustainable solutions that grow with the company. She looks back with pride on accomplishments that have helped the company develop a streamlined supply chain with thousands of marketing partners all over the globe.
