Carole Burnell

Carole Burnell has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Carole currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Sonida Senior Living since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Capital Senior Living from 2004 to 2021, where they served as Vice President of Operations and Regional Manager. Carole also held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Alterra Healthcare from 2003 to 2004, and Regional Director of Operations and Administrator-Director at Assisted Living Concepts from 1997 to 2003.

Carole Burnell received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from West Texas A & M University in the years 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration and Management at Kansas State University from 1989 to 1991, but did not obtain a degree.
