Jeff Taylor

Jeff Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff started their career at Gateway in 1992, gaining experience in various sales roles and eventually becoming a Sales Supervisor and Store Manager. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at CAPITAL Card Services, Inc., initially managing the Customer Service department and later taking on additional responsibilities in Security, Fraud, Chargeback, and Facilities. Jeff then joined Esurance in 2003 as a Senior Manager of Customer Service, leading a team of supervisors and representatives, with a focus on remote work. In 2018, they transitioned to Vast Broadband as a Business Operations Manager before moving on to Avera@Home in 2019 as the Director of Home Medical Equipment. Jeff then became the Director at Northern Plains Premier Collaborative in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technical Operations at SONIFI Solutions, Inc.

Jeff Taylor attended Morningside University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Their field of study included Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Mass Communications.
