Marifi Ong is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in the technology field. Currently serving at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. since July 2020 and New Age Pavilions since October 2017, Marifi has developed a strong background in technical support. Previous positions include Production Associate at Goodwill Industries of Southern Wisconsin, Administrative/IT Assistant at Khaliffeh and Associates, Inc., Instructor at Makai University, and Computer Technologist/System Analyst/Technical Support at Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.
