Shawn Newland

Shawn Newland has extensive experience in business intelligence and technical support, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Manager at SONIFI Solutions, Inc. since June 2011, previously holding roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst and Manager of the Technical Assistance Center. In earlier positions, Shawn supervised teams of Unix Server Administrators as a Generalist Shift Supervisor and Generalist. Prior experience as an Onsite Repair Technician at Green Eggs and RAM involved providing PC repair and network support for small businesses. Shawn holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Southeast Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from South Dakota State University.
