Carlos Penido Prats

Carlos Penido Prats currently serves as the Head of Legal for Iberia at Sonnedix, a position held since March 2019, and previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel, Transactional - Iberia. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Eversheds Sutherland Nicea from August 2016 to March 2019 as a Corporate M&A Lawyer, providing legal advice on corporate matters and M&A operations, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts. Earlier experience includes a position at Vector Cuatro Group from October 2013 to July 2016, where Carlos offered legal advice in commercial and corporate law and drafted contracts in both English and Spanish. Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Business Legal Practice with a focus on international financial, commercial, and tax law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Law degree from Universitat d'Alacant.
