Aly Manji is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Sonnet Insurance Company. Previously, at CIBC, Aly held the position of Associate Vice President in Client Journeys & Solutions for Business Banking, as well as roles in Segments, Journeys & Process Ownership. Prior to CIBC, Aly worked at Rogers Communications in various roles focusing on Customer Experience Strategy and Business Process & Service Design. Aly holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, an MA in Communications & Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, and a BA in Law from Carleton University.
