Mike Pope

Mike Pope has extensive experience in leadership roles within Sonoco since February 2003, currently serving as Vice President EMEA Metalpack Integration and previously Vice President of Transformation, overseeing significant initiatives in Global Business Services and Operating Excellence. Other roles at Sonoco include Vice President of Plastics Thermoforming - Food and President of Sonoco Recycling, where Mike managed considerable waste management and recycling operations. Prior experience includes senior commercial roles at Masterfoods USA and M&M/Mars, focusing on packaging sourcing with substantial budget responsibilities. Mike holds a B.Sc. Honours degree in Mathematics & Statistics from Queen's University.
