Tansu Emir

Tansu Emir is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sonoco since April 2022, Tansu previously held the position of Plant Manager and Manager of Supply Chain at Farplas, where responsibilities included managing supply chain activities for over 300 employees and leading the SAP S4 HANA Transition Project. Tansu's career also includes roles as Continuous Improvement Manager at AkzoNobel and Manager of Supply Chain at Unilever, in addition to engineering positions at Türk Henkel, Toyota Boshoku Turkey, and Assan Hanil Automotive. Tansu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Istanbul Technical University.
