Ann Johnson-Cruz

Ann Johnson-Cruz is an experienced professional in employer relations and business consulting, currently serving as the Employer Relations Coordinator at Cal Poly Humboldt and as a Business Consultant at Sonoma Small Business Development Center. Previously, Ann owned A&A Landscaping, managing finances, business development, and marketing for the small business. With a strong background in the Small Business Development Center network, Ann held various interim leadership positions, including the Associate Regional Director for Programs at Norcal Small Business Development Lead Center, overseeing programming for the Northern California SBDC Regional Network. Ann’s prior roles also include management positions in several small business development centers throughout the region and communications and special projects management for NorCal SBDC Lead Center. Educational qualifications include a BA in Journalism from Humboldt State University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Lassen Community College.
