Katya Kruglova

Katya Kruglova (Chartered FCIPD) has over 30 years of extensive work experience in human resources and organization development. Katya most recently worked at Sonova Group as the Group Vice President of Human Resources and Communications. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior HR Executive for GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Katya also worked at GE Capital as the Organization and Talent Development Leader and HR Director for GE Money Bank Russia. Additionally, they have HR management experience at GE in North and Central Europe, MEA, and GE Corporate in Russia/CIS. Katya began their career as an HR Manager at Rothmans of Pall Mall. Katya has demonstrated expertise in driving organizational growth, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and human capital management.

Katya Kruglova (Chartered FCIPD) holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University. In 2022, they obtained certification from the CIPD Chartered Institute Of Personnel and Development.
