Nicole Baumann

Nicole Baumann currently serves as Senior Manager of Group & Change Communications and Senior Manager of Employee Communications at Sonova Group, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this role, Nicole was Head of Employee Communications and Senior Communications Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from August 2013 to March 2018. Nicole's earlier experience includes serving as HR Communications Manager, Vice President, and Communications Specialist in Business School/Human Resources at Credit Suisse from January 2000 to July 2013, as well as Deputy Head of Media Relations at Winterthur Versicherungen Schweiz from March 1998 to December 2000. Academically, Nicole holds a degree from the Change Leadership Academy at the University of Leeds, a MAS in Communication Management & Leadership from ZHAW, and a Certificate in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, supplemented by training at a journalism school.
