Gary Chapman

Gary Chapman has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Gary worked at Sony Biotechnology Inc. as a Service Engineer, where they performed engineering tasks on various instruments and trained other engineers on laser and optics technology. Gary also worked as a Manufacturing and Field Service Support Specialist, conducting inspections and performing upgrades on instruments. Prior to this, they were an Independent Contractor at Flow Cytometry, setting up labs and implementing documentation standards. Before that, they worked at Sony as a Validation Specialist, ensuring product quality. Their earlier experience includes working as a Laser and Optics Tech at Sony, where they optimized laser performance and designed scalable photo-multiplier arrays. Gary started their career as an Electronics Tech at First Light USA, programming circuit boards and troubleshooting electronics components. Gary also served in the US Army as a Mobile Subscriber Equipment Electronics Technician Operator/Maintainer.

Gary Chapman attended Parkland College from 2005 to 2007. During their time there, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2001, they also attended the Primary Leadership Development Course U.S. Army, where they obtained the rank of Sergeant. Their field of study in this course was focused on Mobile Subscriber Equipment Systems Operator Maintainer.
