Product Insights & Subscription Analytics II at Sony Interactive Entertainment

Alicia Yonan has a wide range of work experience spanning various industries. Alicia began their career as a Social Media Intern at Musical Theatre West in 2014, where they successfully developed the company's Instagram and implemented new marketing techniques on their Facebook page, resulting in a significant increase in followers. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Barnett Cox & Associates, where they were responsible for press releases, media advisories, client research, and maintaining client contact lists.

In 2015, Yonan served as a Business Marketing Intern at Kaiser Permanente, gaining valuable experience in marketing strategies and operations. The following year, they completed an internship at The Walt Disney Company as a Consumer Insight Intern, contributing to the company's consumer research efforts.

Yonan's analytical skills were further sharpened during their time as a Statistics Study Session Leader and Student Research Assistant at California Polytechnic State University from 2014 to 2016. Alicia provided support to students in Statistics courses and assisted with ongoing research projects.

In 2016, Yonan embarked on a Digital Marketing Internship at KSBY TV, where they gained hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies. Later that year, they joined comScore, Inc. as an Associate Client Insights Analyst, contributing to the company's digital media research initiatives. Alicia was later promoted to a Client Insight Analyst role, where they continued to provide valuable insights to clients.

Yonan's next position was at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., starting as a Loyalty Insights & Analytics Analyst in 2019. Alicia then advanced to the role of Sr. Analyst, Loyalty Insights & Analytics, where they played a crucial role in analyzing customer loyalty data and providing insights to enhance customer experience.

Currently, Yonan is employed at Sony Interactive Entertainment since 2021. Alicia initially joined as a Product Insights & Subscription Analytics I role and was recently promoted to a Product Insights & Business Planning II position. Alicia contributes their expertise in data analysis and business planning to support the company's product development and subscription strategies.

Throughout their career, Yonan has demonstrated a strong understanding of data analysis, marketing strategies, and consumer insights. Alicia has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.
