Karen Pearce

Karen Pearce has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and project management. Karen is currently working as a Staff BI Program Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior BI Project Manager and BI Project Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe from February 2017 to May 2021 and from January 2019 to May 2021 respectively.

Before joining Sony Interactive Entertainment, Karen worked at Vodafone Group as a BI Manager - Strategy and Planning from December 2013 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for driving best practices and standardization across the Vodafone Group, leading the definition of the Vodafone Information model, and implementing the Operating Model for working with Group Technology.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked as a Senior Consultant at e-Intelligence Consultants Ltd from May 2000 to October 2001, where they focused on e-analytics and e-CRM. Karen also worked at Guinness Brewing as a Team leader from February 1999 to December 1999, leading the development of a Management Accounting application for their data warehouse solution. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Contractor at Natwest Markets from February 1998 to December 1998 and at ICI Paints from October 1997 to January 1998.
