Matt Collins has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering and technical support. Matt is currently employed at Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Developer Technical Support. Prior to this, they worked at Epic Games as a Rendering Engineer, where they focused on improving the visual quality and performance of Fortnite on iOS. Before that, they were an Execution System Engineer at Pixar Animation Studios, contributing to the development and maintenance of the animation tool Presto. Matt also has experience at Apple, where they served as a Metal Ecosystem Engineer and a GPU Performance Engineer, working on performance analysis and optimization of graphics applications. Matt has also worked as a Rendering Engineer at DICE, where they worked on the Frostbite engine and Future Platforms. Additionally, Matt was a Software Engineer at both Apple and Palm, Inc., with a focus on OpenGL development and bug fixing. Matt started their career as an intern at Hewlett-Packard.

Matt Collins attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering.
