Nikola Sprljan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career in 2006 at Mitsubishi Electric R&D Centre Europe as a Research Engineer, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Sprljan held roles as a Senior Research Engineer at Visual Atoms Ltd and an Acceleration Architect at Maxeler Technologies. In 2012, they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe as a Senior Programmer and have been working there since. In 2022, Sprljan transitioned to Sony Interactive Entertainment, taking on the role of Principal Programmer.

Ing., Msc. degree in Radiocommunications and Microwave Engineering. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a PhD in Electronic Engineering at Queen Mary, University of London.
