Terrill Glass

Terrill Glass has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Production Operation Engineering at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where they lead global engineering teams and ensures the delivery of high-quality service for Sony's PlayStation Network.

Prior to this, Glass was a Member of the Board of Directors at GlobalMindED. Terrill also served as the Director of Engineering at Charter Communications, overseeing three engineering groups and managing the planning and deployment of voice services.

Glass worked at Lockheed Martin as the Executive Director of Program Management, leading the IT infrastructure and data center separation of Sikorsky Aircraft from United Technologies and its integration into Lockheed Martin Corporation. Terrill also served as the Chief Enterprise Architect at Modis, leading a trauma hospital through a data center move and infrastructure transition.

Earlier in their career, Glass held the position of Enterprise Infrastructure Architect (formerly CTO Role) at United Launch Alliance (ULA), where they were responsible for aligning technology strategies with the company's mission success. Terrill also served as the Chief Technical Architect at CSC | FSG | EarlyResolution, where they led architectural initiatives in the banking division and provided process improvement expertise.

Glass's experience also includes roles such as Production Operations Manager at Health Net and Infrastructure Manager at United Launch Alliance (ULA), where they managed production operations, crisis management, and infrastructure projects.

At the start of their career, Glass worked as a Systems Administrator at Current USA, Inc, where they led system administration for enterprise-level domains and managed daily operations.
