Claire Hubbard

Claire Hubbard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Sony Music Entertainment since February 2018. Previously, Claire held multiple roles at Grey London, including HR Manager and Talent Coordinator, where responsibilities spanned the recruitment process and implementation of graduate and internship schemes. Prior to Grey London, Claire gained valuable experience as a Recruitment Resourcer at Juice Recruitment Ltd, ensuring quality service for clients and candidates. Claire began the professional journey as a Project Leader for Community Action and has an educational background that includes a BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma.
