Martin Staudigl

Martin Staudigl is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Vice President of People Experience at Sony Music Entertainment since May 2020, overseeing all HR activities for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, as well as the global classical business. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for Northern Europe and Turkey at Richemont, and Director of Human Resources for EMEA at NBCUniversal Media. With a solid foundation in HR management from prior positions at GE, EY, and Aon Hewitt, Martin has a track record of managing HR initiatives for diverse client groups and industries. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Hawaii Pacific University, a certificate in Digital Leadership from IMD, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Universität Innsbruck.
