Sandi Flaim

Sandi Flaim is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Director, People Experience Partner at Sony Music Entertainment since June 2015. Sandi has held various roles within the company, including Director of Human Resources & Payroll and Manager of Human Resources & Payroll. Prior to joining Sony Music, Sandi worked at Tilley Endurables from September 2000 to June 2015 in the capacity of Manager of Human Resources & Payroll. Sandi holds several certifications, including Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and Certified Payroll Manager (CPM). Educational credentials include an Honours Human Resources Management Certificate from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
