Subbarao Suryakavi

Subbarao Suryakavi is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in the media and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as AVP at Sony Pictures Networks India since June 2021, Suryakavi previously held the position of Director of Video Technologies at Indee from June 2020 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Architect at Evolution Digital, focusing on OTT hybrid software development and digital ad insertion, and Product Architect at Access STB Labs, where middleware development for set-top boxes was undertaken. Beginning career at Cisco, Suryakavi held positions as Lead Engineer and Technical Leader, managing multiple middleware integration projects. Suryakavi holds a Master's Degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sreenivasa Institute of Technology and Management Studies.
