Lavi Semel

Lavi Semel is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Sony Semiconductor IL, a leader in Cellular IoT and AI for image sensing, since April 2020. Prior to this role, Lavi held multiple positions at Altair Semiconductor from January 2006 to April 2020, including CTO, Director of Product Management, and Algorithms Team Leader. Lavi's career began at Texas Instruments in 2005 as a System Engineer. Lavi holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, both from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2001 and 2011.
