Gerald Teo

Gerald Teo is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in communication design, currently serving as the Head of the Communication Design Department at Sony since April 2019. Under Gerald's leadership, the team achieved an average revenue growth of 25% annually from local projects during FY19 to FY21. Gerald has successfully directed regional research initiatives, authored numerous trend reports and articles, and executed creative campaigns for new product launches. Prior to the current role, Gerald held various positions at Sony and other design firms, showcasing expertise in design direction across multiple platforms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design from RMIT University and a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
