Elicia Felix-Hughey

Elicia Felix-Hughey is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Sony Music Publishing since April 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Octave Group from December 2014 to April 2019, and Director of Human Resources at The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2014. Elicia previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sony/ATV Music Publishing from November 2005 to July 2013, during which time EMI Music Publishing was acquired by Sony/ATV. Earlier in the career at EMI Music Publishing, positions included Director and Manager of Human Resources. Elicia holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BBA in Business and HR Management from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
