Jerry R. Smith is an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) professional with extensive expertise across various industries. Currently serving as the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at Sooner Pipe, Jerry has previously held key HS&E roles at LONQUIST RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC and Cape Environmental Management, Inc., where comprehensive programs and training were developed that resulted in significant safety achievements, including zero recordable incidents. Jerry's background also includes leadership in risk management at Silver Eagle Distributors, senior safety coordination at Scientific Drilling International, and foundational experience in emergency medical services. Education includes certification as a Certified Safety & Health Official from Texas A&M University-Engineering Extension.
