Gita Hemmer

Gita Hemmer is an experienced orthopedagoog with a professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an orthopedagoog generalist at the Expertisecentrum of Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs Oost-Groningen since October 2016, Gita engages in consultative discussions with educational professionals and conducts psychological research. From August 2001 to October 2016, Gita held the position of orthopedagoog at Cedin, focusing on consultative guidance, psychological assessments, and supervising interns while also establishing community networks. Gita previously worked at Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs Oost-Groningen in 2015-2016. Gita's educational qualifications include a degree as an Orthopedagoog Generalist from NVO (2001-2005) and a Doctorandus in Orthopedagogiek from the University of Groningen (1995-2001).
