Lena Freijd

Lena Freijd is a seasoned consultant and HR professional with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a consultant at Lena Freijd Management Consulting AB since January 2015, Lena also holds a position as a board member at Sophiahemmet since May 2014. Notable previous roles include senior consultant at Bioss and interim HR director for Region Västmanland, alongside interim HR manager positions at Ersta diakoni. Lena's foundational experience encompasses HR leadership at Karolinska University Hospital and LRF, as well as management roles at Capio and Röda Korset.
