Atul Prabhu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Sophos since January 2021, Atul focuses on building cloud-ready infrastructure, CI/CD strategies, and user interfaces for the SASE portfolio. Prior to this role, Atul held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Extreme Networks, where responsibility included delivering a next-generation Cloud Guest Onboarding and Analytics SaaS solution featuring a sophisticated three-tier architecture. At Avaya, Atul started as a Lead Software Engineer and progressed to Software Engineering Manager, leading the design of the Identity Engines portfolio and successfully growing the team. Earlier career milestones include significant contributions at Cisco Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and at Lucent Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, enhancing network management solutions. Atul holds a BE in Computer Science from PES University and an EPGDBM in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis International University.
